Latex production Latexclothing fetish
As one of the few German manufacturers with a German production site, we combine many processes in the manufacture of latex articles. These include production steps such as dipping, cutting, punching, perforating, gluing, sewing and powdering. This enables us to work in a versatile, creative and customer-oriented manner.
After each of our production steps, we carry out an internal quality control – to exclude errors and defects.
Latex clothing and care products
Our large portfolio includes not only latex clothing and accessories, but also the associated care products such as oils, talcum powder and much more…
Let the following pictures from our production convince you of our quality through a few work steps
sustainability
If a product fails our internal quality control, it will not be disposed of in an environmentally harmful manner (as is common practice in the industry).
If there are minor defects, the product will be marked as B-stock and sold at a reduced price. If there are major defects, the product will be cut into small pieces and used, for example, as filling for our latex pillows.

Latex – from nature to your wardrobe
Natural rubber is initially a yellowish liquid and has no specific properties. Thanks to vulcanization discovered by Charles Goodyear, we can now process it into many products. During vulcanization, the rubber is heated under pressure together with sulfur and other additives. The sulfur links the chains together and gives the material additional stability and elasticity. The subsequent uses of latex are endless. Latex has not only found its way into production and industry, but also into many wardrobes around the world. A product made of natural rubber/latex cannot be compared with a product made of synthetic silicone. Even if the two materials look very similar, the difference could not be greater.
Specialized in the processing of latex, we do not use anything else.
